At MT Savvy Styles Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our return policy before completing your purchase.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the MT Savvy Styles Boutique return policy.
CLOTHING RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)
Returns are accepted on clothing items only and must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your order.
All approved returns will be issued store credit only. Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method.
To qualify for a return, clothing items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or other odors
• In original condition
• All original tags attached (when applicable)
MT Savvy Styles Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

PRE-LOVED LUXURY POLICY
All pre-loved luxury items are final sale due to their unique and limited nature.
Many pre-loved items may show minor signs of wear due to age or previous ownership. Any major flaws will be disclosed in the product description when known. These items exhibits signs of pre-loved wear, including possible interior and exterior damage, tarnishing, and hairline scratches on the metal hardware. Additional signs of age may include wrinkles, deterioration, a vintage odor or other unusual smell, cracks, watermarks, discoloration, peeling, stickiness, rubbing, leather cracking, or edge separation.
Can send more pictures or videos of pre-loved bags if requested.
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
LIVE SALE PURCHASES
All purchases made during Facebook, Instagram, or other live sales are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled.
Please be sure you want the item before claiming it during a live sale.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After 14 days, MT Savvy Styles Boutique is not responsible for damaged items.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
MT Savvy Styles Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
INCORRECT ORDERS
We carefully check every order before it ships, but mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label. Once the incorrect item is returned, we will ship the correct item.
